How does it work?
Our team of professionals will assess your home's contents, separating out sentimental objects and important documents from unwanted belongings, as well as any specific items you want us to look for.
We will determine which objects and furnishings can be sold, then disperse them through auction, consignment and private sales.
Leftover, non-sellable items will be sorted and donated to charities, and we will provide you with an itemized list and tax donation receipt.
Anything that can't be sold or donated will be disposed of properly and legally.
The Walk Away process is typically completed within 2-3 days, and not exceeding one week.
